Our team brings decades of senior and practical experience across complex investigative and regulated environments, including complaints investigations and oversight frameworks.

Paul Holmes OBE
Paul has a strong background in the design and implementation of complaints handling frameworks. Between 2018 and 2025 he was the Senior Director of Investigations at the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland. In addition to his role as a member of the organisation’s senior management team he had specific responsibility for the provision of strategic advice on investigations to the Ombudsman.
Daniel Rose
Daniel has 33 years of experience in complaints handling and law enforcement as both a practitioner and senior manager. He has a background in criminal investigation and anti-corruption. After retiring from the UK police service as a Detective Chief Inspector, he worked with the Office of the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland, overseeing complex and sensitive investigations.
Becki Taft
Becki has 33 years of experience in complaints handling and law enforcement as a practitioner. She also has an extensive background in Child Protection and was mentioned in the House of Commons for her work in this field. After retiring from the UK police service, she worked with the Office of the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland, leading on complex and sensitive investigations.
